Abstract: 
Within its flexible automated meshing environment (FAME™) AVL FIRE™ offers multiple options for automated grid generation enabling fast, reliable and accurate discretization of complex three-dimensional domains with or without moving system boundaries. All grids feature grid boundary layers. Grid refinement is performed either automatically depending on model curvature or on user request. Solution dependent adaptive grid refinement is available too.
